Agriculture has traditionally been an undervalued sector. A sector considered to be of low qualification, where only strength is needed; detracting from the technique, the methods and the worker.

We intend to change that. We see agriculture as a highly valuable sector; where knowledge and technology are fundamental; where the worker is dignified as a professional surrounded by decent conditions. Instead of changing things from the outside, we change them from the inside.
